USSWA...

  • The Ursuline Students Social Welfare Association(USSWA) was conceived under the initiative of two of our students- Divya Ramanan and Shabnam in the year 1995 under the guidance of Sr. Lissy Jose, the vice principal. It aims at helping and uplifting the less fortunate sections of the society as well as inculcating in the pupils the perennial humane values of compassion, caring and sharing, through weekly exposure programs, to ‘Care Centers’ like Holy Mount, Swanthanam, Snehalayam and Amala Bhavan. These Centers take good care of the differently challenged personalities. On festive occasions like Onam, Christmas and so on, the pupils join these marginalized, to celebrate the joy of togetherness. USSWA aims at creating better citizens of the future.
