Registration for LKG (and Pre-KG/UKG) admission begins on 1st December every year. Online application form is available on the school website.
Admission will be confirmed after an informal interview, which will be intimated by SMS/E-mail within a week.
For Pre-KG: Child must have completed 3 years by May 31.
For LKG: Child must have completed 4 years by May 31.
For UKG: Child must have completed 5 years by May 31.
Parents seeking admission should approach the school authorities directly. No recommendations through second or third parties will be entertained.
Ursuline Senior Secondary School, Kannur, collects only the prescribed fees and does not accept any donation in connection with admission.
To secure a pass in any subject, a student must obtain at least 40% marks in all tests and examinations.
A student who fails in English language will not be promoted.
A student who fails twice in succession in the same class may be requested to leave the school.
A student who fails in Class XI will be asked to seek admission elsewhere.
Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the parent/guardian (not by the student).
A month’s tuition fees must be paid by those applying for a Transfer Certificate after the re-opening of the school, regardless of attendance.
